Conditions of Use

All goods belong to Crow Mountain Craft until they are paid for.

Payment must be made within 7 days of order being placed. Please contact if there are any problems. If payment is not received your items will be placed back in stock.

All goods will be sent via registered post. If your package is not received please contact us and we will try to track your goods. We will only replace lost items if the are genuinely lost - if it has been signed for we will not replace the order. All orders will be securely package so that it arrives to in the same condition it left us. If you wish to return your goods please refer to our shipping policy.

If you would like a custom order please contact us and we will try to come up with a piece of art that you will be proud to wear. Once the final design has been agreed upon a 50% deposit will be required before work starts. Custom Orders will take approximately 14 days to make and ship, the 14 days start the day the deposit is received.
